- Miniboss (Rokh'zal) imprision (Ritual Sacrifice) can be cleared with a snare-removal.
Purge
- Allows staggering the absorb shield (Grim Ward) from the Grim Skirmisher
Hard CC (Monk Paralysis, Druid Roots, etc.) for 2nd boss ghosts
- Simplifies ghost mechanic on 2nd boss
Boss Tips
Muro'jin and Nekraxx
- Stand next to AoE circle (Fetid Quillstorm). Move in afterwards. It is guarenteed safe from swirlies. Light spread afterwards to avoid barrage cleave
- 🛡️ Defensive Usage: When targetted with Barrage (cone attack)
- Disease dispel or dwarf racial the dot to reduce healer strain.
Vordaza
- 🧰 Utility: Use the CC ghost insta pop strategy if your group has a hard CC. To do this, (1) hard CC one ghost per spawn, (2) tank runs into a ghost (only the first time, future times, the preivously CCed ghost will insta-collide with a new spawn), (3) only have to deal with 1 pair of ghosts each set.
- If needed, a Devourer DH can Shift to instantly kill a ghost
- If needed, you can outage the cone attack (Unmake).
- 🛡️ Defensive Usage: Delay using until midway through the intermission after the stacking damage ramped up
- Save damage cooldowns for the intermission to end the phase faster
- Tank should position the boss between the first 2 ghosts you want to break.
Rak'tul
- 🧰 Utility: Tank can prevent void zone entirely by backpetalling into an urn. This makes the fight much easier for the group.
- Stack totems tighly. Stand next to the AoE circle from a totem, then move directly into it. Totems 1 and 3 should be stacked together and totem 2 placed right next to them.
- Intermission: Delay kicking the first 2 adds until you move past them. This will buy a few more seconds on the buff. Too many groups kick the first adds ASAP, then waste buff time walking to the next adds.

Rokh'zal + Altar Area
- 💨 Snare Removal: Imprision (Ritual Sacrifice) can be cleared with a snare-removal
Shielded Skeletons - Grim Skirmisher
- Shield breaks/purges cause heavy group AoE. Stagger with purges or prior damage.
- 🛡️ Defensive Usage: when multiple shields are breaking close together.
Gloomwing Bats
- Piercing Screech is a frontal and interruptible. Don't be in the frontal if the cast will go off.
Drummer (Zil'jan)
- Before final boss, do not run up and trigger early. Move together as a group.
